Most Glasgow libraries contain a children's section filled with children's books, CDs and DVDs, and a few child-sized tables, chairs and toys.  Babies can acquire library cards to borrow books as soon as they're born! 

Most libraries in Glasgow host Bounce and Rhyme sessions for children ages 0-3.  At Bounce and Rhyme, parents and children sing songs, perform action rhymes and listen to stories together.  Each session lasts about an hour, then parents and kids hang around to socialize.  Here is the full list of Bounce and Rhyme sessions in Glasgow:
