Baby massage
Shortly after your baby is born, ask your health visitor about NHS-run baby massage classes in your community. Some health visitors teach these classes themselves. Many classes teach baby massage techniques in a series of weekly sessions over the course of a month. The goal is for you to practice these techniques with your baby at home.
