Baby massage
Shortly after your baby is born, ask your health visitor about NHS-run baby massage classes in your community. Some health visitors teach these classes themselves. Many classes teach baby massage techniques in a series of weekly sessions over the course of a month. The goal is for you to practice these techniques with your baby at home.

Four-week baby massage course with interactive play techniques using nursery rhymes, sensory equipment and music. Held at Pollockshaws Burgh Hall, 2025 Pollockshaws Road.
Classes held on Saturdays, so a good option for working parents. Private one-to-one classes also available:

Baby 'n' You
Baby 'n' You (formerly Touch West End) run baby massage and baby yoga classes at the Scout Hall, 4 Victoria Circus, G12 9LD. The teacher, Suzy Stein, has a background in paediatric nursing, and has trained in baby massage with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), and in baby yoga with Birthlight. Balance Yoga
Yoga can be a relaxing way for a new mum and baby to exercise together.  Some baby yoga classes also teach basic baby massage techniques.  You can schedule a trial session to find out if baby yoga is right for you and your baby.  The Balance Yoga Centre is located in Partick.  Visit this website for more information:

Little Greene Yoga
Little Greene Yoga  runs 'Yoga with Baby' classes at the Tramway on Thursday mornings from 10:15 - 11:30am.  Mums can bring their babies and have a relaxing stretch-and-bend session that will help to tone their bodies. Visit this website for more information:
